The Ajintai Candle Ritual by Ajarn Apichai - to connect to magic and spirits - held on Saturday March 29th.
   Ajintai (Acyntya in Thai) is the state of not knowing, or being unaware. It can also mean inconceivable, unimaginable or unable to comprehend. 
   There are 4 Ajintai that cannot be comprehended by the common people -
Phuttawisai - the way of the Buddha, which means the way of his miracles.
Yaanawisai - the state to be able to understand clairvoyance, the sense of spirits or angels. It is also contemplation, and transcendence.
Gamawibaak - Karma and just deeds, which are the results of past sins that are attached to you and follow you through every reincarnation.
Laukjindaa - The existence of heaven and hell, and the cycle of life and rebirth.
   These are faculties that the common people should not think about because they are considered to be incomprehensible. They can only be reached or understood by a person who transcends this life or becomes enlightened, but this ritual aims to boost those faculties within those taking part.
   The Ajintai Candle is an old Lanna Wicha that is almost unknown and has not been used much, but Ajarn Apichai learned this when first studying magic as a young monk. This ritual was used to open his senses and connection to both magic and the spirit realm, and it is a ritual that is reserved for Luksits. The candle has the power to be able to help you make the connections to spirits and open your senses. It can boost your spiritual and magical power, and is specifically for people who are having difficulty connecting to the magic. It can also boost the magic power of the people who feel that their magic is ineffective. The candle will also work on the mind to boost your focus and Samathi, faculties that are related to the sense of magic and connection.
    Ajarn Apichai brings this Ajintai ritual because of the coming influence of Rahu and Saturn that change signs in May.
